The morning of Thursday, April 7, 2016, myself and two of the graduates from the Sinclair Studio Alexander Technique Teacher Training Program presented an “Introduction to the Alexander Technique” to music students at Humber College in Toronto.

I recently travelled to Japan to teach the Alexander Technique Teacher Training Program of my Tokyo-based colleague, Sakiko Ishitsubo. During my trip I was asked to visit a Pilates studio. Below are some video of some three of the lessons given at the studio.
